Please note that some insurance companies require a doctor’s referral for massage therapy services.  Insurance providers may also need processing time to review referral notes before an appointment can be scheduled.  We recommend checking with your insurance company for their specific rules and policies regarding massage coverage.

If you have multiple insurance coverage, please be aware that secondary coverage may not always be eligible for direct billing.  In such cases, the client will be responsible for submitting the remaining balance directly to their secondary insurance provider. 

If your insurance does not cover massage therapy, the full balance for services rendered will be the client’s responsibility.
